TERMS AND DELIVERY
We regret that mailing restrictions mean that some perfume products cannot be sent to destinations outside the UK. If this applies it will be stated on the relevant product page
UK: Prices shown include UK delivery.
Europe: A shipping charge of £1.50 per item will be added at the checkout.
Outside Europe: A shipping charge of £3.50 per item will be added at the checkout.
DESPATCH: We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days of payment clearance. Please allow 14 days for UK delivery. Deliveries outside the UK may take longer. Orders will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.
ROUGH SEAS: We are despatching from an island and unavoidable delays can occur if the boat is unable to sail due to stormy weather or tidal conditions.
SECURITY: This site uses secure online payment via WorldPay and PayPal to ensure the security of your personal and card details. We will never disclose your details to any third party.
GUARANTEE: We undertake to replace or refund any items of faulty or sub-standard manufacture, or items damaged in transit. We retain the right to refuse refund or replacement and/or take legal action in the event of fraudulent claims under this guarantee. Claims should be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
FRAUD: We retain the right to refuse any order which we know or suspect to be fraudulent. This right will be applied at the sole discretion of Caldey Island and/or on the advice of WorldPay or PayPal. If a card payment has been taken for such an order, the purchaser will be informed by email and a full refund will be applied to the payment card used.
TAX: Prices shown in the webshop include UK VAT, but the same prices will apply to overseas orders where VAT is not chargeable. This helps to cover the additional costs and risks of sending orders overseas, thereby keeping shipping charges as low as possible.
NOTE: All orders are subject to import/export regulations in force at the time of purchase. The buyer will be resposible for any taxes or import charges applied in the destination country. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unforseen restrictions or prevailing conditions, the purchaser will be informed by email and a full refund will be applied to their payment card.
